Completion Time / Rush Jobs
Upon receiving your payment, your order is put in queue with the other orders we have and you will be given an expected time of completion. Most orders are completed within 7-10 days of payment. If you need your order faster than that, there is a $35.00 rush charge. Please contact us if you need your order before the standard 7-10 day period.
Return / Refund Policy
By approving the proofs, you are in agreement that we have all the information pertaining to your order correct as shown on your proofs page. Returns/refunds will not be given if the order is printed to the specifications listed on your proofs.
If we printed your order incorrectly, (wrong art, wrong location, smeared ink) we will reprint your order a second time upon return of the original goods. If you opt to not have us reprint your order, we will refund the printing costs of your order. The original cost of the unprinted t-shirts will not be refunded.
Custom Artwork
We can create artwork for your print job if you do not have your own. If your job is text only, there is no charge, however, if custom graphics are needed there is a $25.00 charge. If you would like to provide your own artwork, please be sure that your art meets the specifications shown on the Upload Artwork page.
Athletic Numbering
We can do numbering for sports uniforms, but standard printing costs do not apply because of the amount of extra work involved in numbering uniforms, please contact us for numbering pricing.
Artwork Proofs
You will be emailed with information prior to us printing your order. We will NOT print any order without a proof approval. Your proofs contain all the information pertaining to your order, including shirt brands, sizes, colors, quantity, imprint locations and imprint colors. Once your proofs are approved, we will begin production of your order.
Setup Fees
Every job involving printing less than 144 shirts has an associated setup fee. The setup fee covers our costs for film output, emulsion, press set up, ink cleanup and press teardown. If your order is for 144 or more shirts, the setup fee is waived.
On-Press Color Changes
If your order requires us to change the ink color used to produce your job, there is a $10.00 Ink Change fee. Changing ink colors requires that we teardown our equipment, wash and re-dry the screens and re-set-up our equipment again. (Example: black ink on light shirts and white ink on dark shirts in the same order) There is no exceptions or waiving of this fee due to the amount of time required.
